Main Street Safety Improvements

DesignOpen for feedback

Near-term safety work on Main Street: crossings, speed, lighting, and the places people feel least safe.

While the full streetscape is designed, the City is advancing a set of near-term safety improvements on Main Street and the adjacent school walking routes. We need residents to mark where they feel unsafe, where children cross, and where a new crosswalk or lighting would help.

Drivers roll the stop at Second and Main every afternoon. Enforcement would help more than another sign.
